The Milestone can be awarded after passing the Qualifying Exam at the PhD level. Grads should submit both the Change of Graduate Reclassification Form and Late/Reapplication for Graduation form to the Graduate Program Coordinator through the portal below. Those forms can be found in the Registrar's handbook, which also contains the Leave of Absence application.
