P&A Qualifying Exam Submission Form

The Qualifying Exam determine whether a student is ready to embark onto doctoral research. The deadline for taking the Qualifying Exam is the end of the fifth semester. In order to prepare for the Qualifying Exam, please refer to the linked checklist. Once you have passed your exam at the Ph.D. level, submit the form below.
